Seniors kit

As promised - just a note on your kit.

Your kit has arrived!!
Amanda, from RFUW, will be bringing it all (apart from bags - which have not yet arrived) along on Sunday all packaged and ready to hand out.

I have socks for those that did not recieve any at the first training session.

Remember to check your blog - last minute - for any changes or cancellations. Not planning on it but better to be prepared. Apparently the weather forecast is bad for this weekend.

We want you dressed and ready to warm up on the pitch at 12:30 please.

As emphasised on Sunday - please stay positive about your rugby and training even if you are not selected for this weeks games. There are more opportunities ahead.

U15's &U18's Regional squads.

Congratulations to all those girls who were selected for the Regional programme this year.
The standard of rugby is getting better year after year.

All information relating to the Regional Programme will be posted here as it happens.

The first training session is to be held on 3rd February 08
the venue is

Coopers Coborn School
St Mary's Lane
Upminster
Essex

Training is from 10.00am until 2.00pm.

Please bring a packed lunch, although there will be some form of snacks and refreshments available on the day.

The 1st Game is away to Yorkshire, and as per previous emails, please advise as to whether you are available or not for this game.

Hi again.
Thanks again to those that attended our somewhat 'washed out' training session.
A good effort despite the conditions.

Remember our next training session takes place at Cambridge at 1:00 until 4 on sunday.
And our first game takes place on 3 Feb. Venue still to be finalised.

The game on 9/3 will take place at Welwyn for about a 2:00 k/o. still to be confirmed.

Hi everyone,

I know its been a long time since we last met...so just to remind you all that training starts this SATURDAY 19 Jan.

Training will be held at Cambridge Rugby Club - starting at 1:00.

Cambridge Rugby Union Football Club

We aim to be finished by about 3:30 to allow you to leave by 4:00.

I have recieved apologies from 2 so we are expecting 25 there. Please inform me asap if you cannot attend.

Training

Hey Everyone

Please find the details of training below.

19th and 27th of Jan
Venue is Cambridge RFC 1-4pm

9th and 24th of Feb
Venue is Romford 1-4pm
Please note that the Changing rooms on the 24th are only availbe from 12.45 - so you will need to come changed.

Lastly - please can you check the blog on the day of training to check that the venue hasn't changed etc as unfortunately we can't control the weather

Hi guys,
Happy New Year to you all. No doubt you have been hard at training for the past 3 weeks...??!
AM actually just writing to remind you all about training on Saturday 19 Jan. I still have no further information about the location or timings but i will be sure to tell you as soon as i know.
To those whom cannot attend please inform me asap.
Chris and I will be meeting this week to plan training etc so we really need to know.
