Regional U15's squad for Festival
Congratulations to all those girls who this season played their part in the two Regional Games against Yorkshire and the South Region.
With the Regional Festival at Litchfield only 2 weeks away, the coaching staff have selected the squad who will take part in this years Festival.
The following girls will travel to Litchfield on the weekend of the 10th/11th May.

Regional Training
20th April
We will be training on sunday at Coopers Coborn school.
Training is from 10.00am until 2.00pm
Please ensure that you are on time and changed ready to start at 10.00am.
For those girls who have not received their regional kit, I have it in my car and will hand it out on sunday.
27th April
We are playing a friendly against the South Region in lieu of the cancelled game in March.
All squad members at both age groups will be required that day.
The games will be structured to give all girls equal time on the pitch.
The game will be held at Harlow Rugby Club.Harlow Rugby Club

I have recieved the bulk of the Regional kit and will hand out to those girls the kit I have recieved.
If you do not recieve your kit this weekend, it will be here for the regional game on 16th March against the South.

Sorry for the delay in naming the squad, had a few technical difficulties.
Please arrive at Welwyn Rugby Club for 12.00; we will be ready to start our pre match training for 12.30.
Match will start at 2.00pm
If anyone cannot play on Sunday please let Winn or Chris know asap please.
As this is the last match of the East Region programme perhaps we could all have a drink after the match and maybe move onto another location if everyone wants to.

seniors training
Hi again all,
Regarding this Sundays training in Romford, 24 Feb.
Due to lack of numbers (many girls being required for club committments), Chris and I have decided to cancel training for the BACKS ONLY.
But we would really like to go ahead with training for the FORWARDS and know that as a unit we will all benefit greatly from an intense session together focussing specifically on scrums, general attack options and attack at the breakdown.
Due to the limited numbers we may look to finish a bit earlier.
Remember training is on at Romford starting at 1. Finishing around 3:30.
Please inform me if you cannot make training.
